Carrying thoughts, mindsets, skills and habits from 2020 into 2021

2020 brought us challenges like no other. And yes, as much as we would like to just put it behind us, the pandemic is still not over.

But, if you are reading this you have made it through the year. You made it work. You have adapted to a new reality.

Both at home and at work, for most of us that differentiation has become very blurry as the only option has been working from home, we have all in the very least had to:

  • accept what is out of our control
  • realize that everything can change overnight
  • be more resourceful and get creative
  • become zoom experts
  • embrace connecting with loved ones virtually

I admit this year has required more work from me to see the positive and stay optimistic. I have made more effort to practice gratitude, mindfulness, yoga, exercise, get outside and set up time to virtually connect with loved ones. I intend to continue doing these in 2021.
