Miki Feldman Simon is the founder of IamBackatWork. Miki is a creative entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in leading roles in human resources, recruiting, business development and marketing. Miki has taken multiple breaks in her career, to move continents, care for her children when they were young, and care for her aging mother. Miki successfully returned to the workforce after each one of these breaks. She founded IamBackatWork to help other women return to the workforce, fulfill their professional careers, and regain their confidence and independence.
Miki has a B.A in Psychology and Educational Counseling, an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from the Tel Aviv University and the SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources Certificate. She has presented at conferences and workshops worldwide on a variety of topics including: Ambiguity in the Workplace, Networking, Interviewing Skills, Positive Thinking and Tools for People with Learning Disabilities.
