Leanne Rodd is Associate Director, Talent for FlexProfessionals, a talent resource for small and mid-sized growing businesses. She provides training and support for professionals returning to paid work following a caregiving break and for professionals in career transition, with a particular focus on tactical job search skills. She is passionate about helping re-entry professionals elevate their value statements to help them find meaningful roles with flexibility. Leanne has an MS in Training and Development from Lesley University, a BA in English from the University of Vermont, and lives in Arlington with her family.
