We are in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The middle of the holiday season. But don’t get into the holidays mode just yet. Many companies have new headcounts for 2017 and are preparing for it.  They are recruiting now!

A lot of trade shows are in the first quarter of the year and many companies, to give a fresh start to the year, hold their sales meetings in the beginning of the year, and they want to have the headcount in place beforehand.

The middle of December hiring starts dying down, as people head out on their vacations, and then the market will wake up again in the beginning of January. Give yourself and your career a push for the next couple of weeks and make the most of this year while also preparing for next year!
