When asked why she opened her own career advising business, Lise Stransky doesn’t hesitate: “The birth of my second son and the need to still be connected to my profession. I really struggled with wanting to be in two places at the same time – working, but also at home with my boys. The days are long, but the years are short with kids. My own business keeps my brain active, my passion fulfilled, and my skills sharp for when I might want to re-enter the traditional workforce.”
