Susan Rietano Davey and Kelley Biskupiak are co-founders of Prepare to Launch, LLC, a Connecticut-based company built on the pair’s combined 30 years in the field of women’s career transition. Prior to their meeting, Susan was a champion of workplace flexibility as partner in the consulting/staffing firm, Flexible Resources, Inc., following a distinguished marketing and management career at Xerox Corporation. Kelley, meanwhile, was a successful women’s leadership coach and corporate trainer before meeting Susan. A CPC-certified coach, she began her career in Public Education. The partners first collaborated on ‘return-to-work’ seminars, which grew into a live course.
