Amy Rebecca Gay, PhD, is a coach, mediator and trainer with Five Rhythms Consulting. She is passionate about working with professional women to master our energy, emotions and identity to fully show up and speak our truth.
Amy is the former assistant director of the Graduate Programs in Conflict Resolution at UMass Boston, she was a trainer and product manager at Vantage Partners and she currently collaborates with UMass’s Center for Collaborative Leadership and The Mediation Group. She has taught at LeMoyne College, Syracuse University, UMass Boston and Babson’s College of Management. Over her career, Amy has discovered that we communicate most effectively when we’ve mastered our own energy, emotions and identity and believes that the techniques used in Five Rhythm’s Communicating with Impact offerings are the missing link in standard communication training and coaching today. Amy brings an active awareness of the mind/body connection, a warm and welcoming facilitation style and a deep dedication to using one’s mind for powerful transformation. She has a PhD from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and is trained by the Coaches Training Institute.

Great and informative webinar. It is particularly clarifying and helpful to think about how to make strategic and empowered choices about what you do and do not want to do.
