Summer is usually a time where schedules change and we need to juggle kids, family time, work and hopefully some vacation time too.
For me this this has been a very busy summer juggling life, family and work.
May 31st, Profitect, the company where I have been consulting as HR, Recruiting and Executive Coach for the last 3 years, announced that it is being acquired by Zebra Technologies Corporation. This has been a great achievement but it also meant an exceptionally busy summer with a tight deadline of completion of the acquisition and integration of the HR function by August 1. It has been challenging and a great learning experience.
With this change, I have also been focusing more on my career and executive coaching practice. I am very excited! Helping people become the best version of themselves, personally and professionally gives me the most satisfaction.
Very importantly, this summer I also enjoyed time with my friends, family and travel.
Now it is full speed into September and I have a lot planned for you!
