Take a look inside your back-to-work toolbox.  What’s in there?  Improving your resume writing skills?  Check!  Learning salary negotiating strategies?  Yes!  Interviewing techniques?  Of course!

Now, look again.  Have you made room for personal health and wellness?   We all know how important creating and maintaining good health is to ourselves, our families and to the work we do.  What we often struggle with is how to create lasting good health, especially during times of change and challenge.

In this presentation you’ll:

  • learn how to create a personal vision for your own best health,
  • work through a framework for creating/sustaining health behavior change,
  • hear real-life examples of how women like you have realized the health they want.
