We often think about time, or lack of it, and our priorities. We don’t think enough about our attention. What we chose to focus on.

Our greatest resource is our ATTENTION.

We are constantly choosing what to focus on.
What we can, or what we can’t do.
What is in our control, or out of our control.
What is wrong, or how we can fix it.
The big picture, or the small details.
Weaknesses, or strengths.
The positive, or the negative.

PAUSE
to make a conscious choice. What do you want to focus on? Where do you want to divert your attention?

Practice asking yourself: Is this what I should be focusing on?
