Miki is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of corporate experience, holding leading executive roles in marketing, business development, recruiting and human resources management.
Miki is a certified Executive Coach, she has a B.A in Psychology and Educational Counseling, and an M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior.
Miki has taken multiple breaks throughout her career, to move continents (multiple times), take care of her kids, and take care of her aging parents. She successfully returned to the workforce after each one of those pauses, utilizing her unique skills and strengths. Miki founded IamBackatWork to help other women return to the workforce. She is dedicated to helping people regain their confidence and independence.
